World Affairs Council of New Hampshire
The World Affairs Council of New Hampshire's (WACNH) mission is,“To promote the widest possible understanding of world affairs among the citizens of New Hampshire.” WACNH is a non-profit, non-partisan organization fostering learning, discussion and citizen involvement in world affairs since 1954. The Council is preparing the Granite State for a global future by creating and sustaining international connections that enhance our state's cultural, economic and civic life; building global knowledge and understanding through educational programs for communities and schools on foreign policy; and furthering the development of international leaders in partnership with the U.S. State Department. WACNH also has an Educational section which brings conferences, study tours, international visitors, classroom resources, and student global competitions like the Model UN and Academic World Quest to New Hampshire. WACNH hosts a variety of speakers, lecture series, video series, and cultural events during the year offering opportunities for professional development and CEU's for educators. WACNH is part of the greater World Affairs Council of America network of councils. |

The New Hampshire International Trade Resource Center
The International Trade Resource Center stands as the go-to for New Hampshire businesses to take their products global and to import products from overseas. Though business affiliated, the Trade Resource Center does provide resources that could be used in the classroom, particularly on the topics of trade, international business, international relations, conducting business overseas, cultural profiles, and social etiquette/global skills in the international market place. |

Rivier University Office of Global Engagement
The Rivier University Office of Global Engagement is the university's connection to the world. It strives to create and lead a comprehensive platform of academic, co-curricular, and campus-wide programs that facilitate international understanding, intercultural partnerships, and global immersion experiences for faculty, staff, and students. Its objectives are to promote global understanding, partnering, immersion, and transformation. The OGE has many overseas programs and partnerships with foreign universities and opportunities for students to engage with the world both on campus and off campus. This office could be a resource for cultural activities, partnerships, speakers, and global material for the classroom. |

Turkish Cultural Center of New Hampshire
The Turkish Cultural Center is located in Manchester and is very active in the community promoting Turkish culture and tourism. They host a variety of programs from guest speakers to Turkish lessons to fairs and cultural events. This organization also supports education programs and would be a resource for bringing Turkish culture into the classroom. |

International Institute of
New England This organization is one of many organizations that help administer immigrant services to newly arrived immigrants in the Boston-Manchester area. They help with language, legal, employment, and social services so that immigrants can assimilate into American culture. This organization would be an opportunity for students to learn about the immigrant experience and learn from immigrants first hand about why they came to the US, their life in their home country, and their hopes for the future. |

Primary Source
Primary Source is a nonprofit global education organization that educates K-12 teachers about world histories, cultures, and global issues. They are located in Watertown, MA and have a free library open to educators with guides, resources, turn-key projects, and other ideas for implementing global education. They offer many workshops on professional development, resources for global curriculum integration, international study tours, and many student-driven classroom activities to put global competencies into action. |

World Savvy is a national education nonprofit that works with educators, schools, and districts to integrate the highest quality of global competence teaching and learning into K-12 classrooms, so all young people can be prepared to engage, succeed, and meet the challenges of 21st century citizenship. They have a sundry amount of resources to offer educators and programs that provide professional development and training. They have lesson plans, activity ideas, project ideas and much more! |
